If your item was purchased at one of our "EFEQ" authorized retailers, please begin by getting in touch with them. If they are unable to assist you, or you purchased your item with "EFEQ" directly, please follow the instructions below to receive assistance for your "EFEQ" items.

2.SEND US A CLEAR PICTURE OF THE ITEM THAT WAS PURCHASED.

3.SEND A CLEAR PICTURE OF THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE ITEM.

 2 YEARS FULL COVERAGE FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE WITH VALID PROOF. IF THE ITEM WAS DISCOUNTINUED YOU WILL GET FULL CREDIT OF PRICE THAT YOU PAID WHICH CAN BE USED AT OUR WEBSITE TO GET A NEWER PRODUCT. YOU WILL ALSO BE ASKED TO PURCHASE A NEW WARRANTY THAT WILL COST %15 OF THE PRICE OF THE ITEM AFTER YOU USE YOUR ORIGINAL WARRANTY. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING "EFEQ". All "EFEQ" PRODUCTS are warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for two years from the date of purchase with valid Proof. "EFEQ’s" warranty program does not cover scratches. Additionally, any alterations of EFEQ products (ENGRAVING HANDLE CHANGED OR ETC) will void warranty coverage.
